1. Who this covers

Visitors to this website and people who get in touch with UNITED DIGITAL SYSTEMS LLC by telephone or email. It does not cover the separate arrangements we make with clients under a signed statement of work.

2. What this website collects on its own

Nothing that identifies you. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics scripts and no advertising cookies.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, your network address and the pages you requested, for security and uptime. Those logs are never joined to anything else.

3. What you give us when you make contact

Your name, the details you choose to include, and the message itself. We keep that so we can reply, follow up if you ask us to, and hold a record of the conversation.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or use it to build a profile of you. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

5. When someone else sees it

Only where we need help to do what you asked, such as an email provider, or where a court or regulator requires it. Anyone we use is bound to treat it at least as carefully as we do.

6. How long it stays

Enquiries that go nowhere are cleared within a year. Where you become a client, your correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax and business record rules oblige us.

7. What you can ask for

A copy of the information we keep on you, a correction, or deletion where the law permits. Write to the email below and you will hear back within a month.

8. Children

This site is for businesses. We never deliberately gather anything from anyone under 18.

9. If this changes

The date at the top moves and the change is described here. We do not change it quietly.
